Our design will transform this historic 150,000 SF office building, also known as the Emmet Building, into residential condominiums. Our sensitive restoration of the existing facades and limited, thoughtful interventions to facilitate residential use respect the building's rich history. At both the Community Board and Landmarks Preservation Committee hearings, the project was lauded as an example of how conversions and restorations of historic office buildings are best done. The project will provide luxurious condominium homes to future residents with gracious layouts and well considered amenities to support comfortable modern living.
