Located in the heart of downtown Flushing's vibrant commercial and retail district, this highly complex project consists of two buildings woven together in the articulation of the building forms as well as through shared services and points of access. A carefully composed street frontage grounds the different identities into a seamless whole. The mixed-use development consists of 113 condominium units in a residential tower cantilevering over a nine-story medical office building, ground floor retail, and a multi-story parking facility located in the base of the building.
