Jena is a registered architect with experience across all phases of the architectural process from design through construction administration. Focusing on projects that have wide influence—such as multi-family residential, educational institutions, and urban projects that impact diverse populations—Jena appreciates the ability to make a positive difference through architecture. She enjoys the balance of the artistic and the technical, and the unique puzzles that each new project brings.

Jena grew up watching her parents build their house in rural Arkansas, which inspired an interest in putting things together to create inhabitable spaces. Fascinated by the distinctive architecture of the American West, she began her career in Phoenix after earning her Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Arkansas. Following a shift to the walkability, density, and energy of New York City, Jena specializes in large-scale projects with complex integrated systems.

With a knack for understanding intricacies and issues, Jena has the ability to craft designs and details that go beyond simple problem-solving. Her strong attention to detail and solid understanding of the construction process allow her to easily comprehend the full breadth of a project and shepherd designs into successful completion.
