Amy Patel

AIA, LEED AP BD+C, WELL AP
Principal

There's a common misconception that art and science are disparate fields with little to no overlap. However, I feel creativity is essential to the scientific process, as well as the artistic method.
As a licensed architect with an MBA, Amy fulfills a number of diverse roles on large-scale design and construction projects. With an expertise in Building Information Modeling technology and advanced knowledge of sustainability, she is well-versed in data utilization, performance-based design, and high-tech environmental analysis.

Amy was inspired to become an architect by an interest in the intersection of art and science, finding in both fields a curiosity for the unknown, a focus on problem solving, and an appreciation for beauty. She is driven by the prospect of creating something new in the world.

Amy has held roles as a BIM Manager and Sustainable Design Leader at previous firms. She believes creative solutions are best achieved with multiple perspectives, and her experience managing interdisciplinary teams and complex projects allows her to foster collaborative environments in the delivery of projects.
