Eric Laine

AIA, LEED GA
Associate

The process of creation is broad – there is always something new to learn, a new tool to master, or an untapped angle to consider.
With experience ranging from higher education and healthcare to large-scale residential and mixed-use master planning, Eric is an architect with a wide variety of experience. In his role with FXCollaborative, he works with project teams through all phases of a job, from early conceptual sketches to construction documentation, and ultimately through the final realization of its design.

Eric's greatest interest in architecture is the profession's extensive breadth. Encompassing both the creation of architecture and its influence after being built, he is careful to ensure the creative process considers a project's impact on its community, culture, and environment.

A registered architect in New York, Eric has previously worked on projects in Africa, Europe, and Asia. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Ball State University, and a Master of Architecture from Clemson University.
