Sisto Tallini, AIA, LEED GA, brings over 9 years of experience as an architectural designer on many of the firm's cultural, commercial and mixed-use projects in the United States, Canada and the Middle East.
Luis Bustamante, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, is a designer whose specialty is the design and detailing of exterior facades. He is passionate about all aspects of design and is interested in the exploration of ideas through an iterative process, and the role critical editing plays to maintain the conceptual clarity of the project.
David Black, AIA, LEED GA, has over 17 years of architectural experience and is on the design team for several high profile residential and commercial buildings in New York City.
Alissa Countryman, AIA, LEED AP, is a designer whose expertise lies in residential projects with a strong focus on the experiential aspects of design. She approaches projects through team-building, bringing all parties together early in the design process to create new ideas, establish collaborative working relationships, and build a strong foundation for success.
Bill Chalkley, AIA, LEED AP, has over 13 years of experience working on mixed-use, luxury mid- to high-rise residential developments, and healthcare facilities.
Sabrina Pagani, NCIDQ, IIDA, AIA, LEED, is a Senior Interior Designer. She creates commercial and residential interiors to evoke positive emotions–from small, exquisite details to broader gestures and environments that enable new experiences for working and living.
Pascale Sablan, AIA, NOMA, LEED AP, is an architect and designer with over 7 years of experience. She has played an essential role on the design team for many of our cultural, residential and mixed-use projects in the United States, UAE, Saudi Arabia, India, Azerbaijan and Japan. She is active in many industry and community organizations, and serves as the 2015 President-Elect for the New York Coalition of Black Architects.
Jim Bushong, AIA, LEED AP, is an architect and designer with over 9 years of experience. He has worked on many significant projects throughout the country encompassing a wide range of typologies, including mixed-use commercial, multi-family residential, and institutional facilities, as well as hospitality and transportation.
Shannon Rodriguez, LEED GA, is our Human Resources/Office Manager. She is responsible for recruiting and staffing, benefits administration, new staff orientation and training, and the firm's internship program. Additionally, she manages the day-to-day activities of the entire office and administrative staff.
Erin Crowe, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, has over 8 years of experience in all phases of design–from programming through construction administration– on project typologies that include K-12, university, institutional, and multi-family residential.
Toby Snyder, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, is an architect and planner with over 7 years of experience. He has played a significant role on many of our mixed-use residential towers and developments, and master plans throughout New York. He approaches design as a way of finding unity and wholeness within a project, amidst the complexities of buildings and cities.
