A full-floor renovation converts an existing cramped, low ceiling office space into an open workspace for a think-tank. Multiple points of access to light and views enhance biophilic connections and create a serene work environment for the organization.

A new boardroom provides transparency with a folding glass wall and flexibly expands into a function space, with an adjacent pantry concealed within a wall of millwork. A café provides a node for connection and collaboration. Throughout the space, a natural palette of finishes evokes connection to the outdoors.
