Mitsui Fudosan Americas, a prominent real estate investment and development company, approached with us with a mission: renovate its existing office to promote openness, flexibility, and collaboration.
Inspired by the Japanese design principles of elegance and simplicity, our design features custom-designed stainless steel office fronts, emphasizing sleekness and transparency, while wood paneled 'art walls' are interspersed throughout the floor, in huddle rooms and lounge areas. A new wood and marble elevator lobby flows seamlessly into the reception area and adjacent boardroom, fostering better connectivity.
