Peter Cooper Village Stuyvesant Town Management Office

Peter Cooper Village Stuyvesant Town engaged us to create a new management office that consolidates its support services in a welcoming and useful tenant-friendly environment. The program includes a conference room and a small library as casual meeting points for guests. A benching furniture system provides maximum flexibility, while a series of small, glass-enclosed offices provide higher degrees of privacy. New office space was carved out of an existing courtyard, then filled with skylights for the public space.
