Tianhui Hou is an architectural designer at FXCollaborative with a diverse portfolio that spans mixed-use, residential, transit-oriented developments, and urban design projects across Asia and North America. With experience as a furniture maker, industrial designer, architect, Tianhui brings a thoughtful, hands-on approach and creative rigor to every project he undertakes.

Inspired by a family of architects, Tianhui's interest in architecture began early. He has a particular affinity for Brutalist design and draws deeply from his international experiences, observing how cultural context shapes the built environment. He believes that the future of design lies in more streamlined, efficient processes as the industry continues to evolve.
