FXCollaborative Names new Chief Operations Officer, Shannon Rodriguez
We are pleased to announce that Shannon Rodriguez has been named Chief Operating Officer at FXCollaborative. Shannon has been a trusted and valued member of the firm for over 20 years, most recently serving as Director of Human Resources and Office Services. As COO, Shannon will now be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing and implementing business strategies and processes, promoting the firm's values, and positioning for success.
Shannon has been instrumental in cross-industry dialogue throughout the United States about the future of architecture, promoting equity, advocacy and transparency. She has been instrumental in developing outreach efforts and creating a culture at FXCollaborative that fosters and strengthens our community of vibrant and diverse voices. She is a LEED Green Associate and holds a BS in Legal Studies from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, which helps to keep our staff in line.
