In the webinar "Actions Towards Diversity," FXCollaborative spoke with Bespoke Careers to share our firm's story, including the history of our three Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)—FXWomen, FXOne, and FXMosaic; our outreach initiatives; and other steps we've taken to foster a culture of conscious inclusion.
Panelists represent management, Human Resources, and leadership of our Employee Resource Groups. They shared actions taken and lessons learned from ongoing efforts at FXCollaborative to create a diverse and truly equitable practice. The hope is that others will be able to bring these ideas back to their workplaces, feeling empowered to go beyond the baseline of tolerance to deliberate, conscious actions towards inclusion and equity.
