FXCollaborative was a finalist in an invited competition to design the tallest building in Tianjin, the third largest city in China. The 400-meter-tall, 100-story mixed-use tower contains first-class office space, with a 400-room hotel at its apex and retail within its base. The tower's torqued form symbolizes the city's evolution, representing both its rich cultural past and recent industrial accomplishments.
