This invited competition entry for a new government center creates an iconic new campus to house 28 prestigious Governmental Ministries and Authorities. Circulation is organized along an east-west axis, acknowledging the linearity of the region and celebrating the formality of the complex's function. The Prime Minister's office features a highly visible tower and exclusive residential suites in addition to a conference building for private meetings. The General Assembly Hall is housed within a domed building flanked by an outdoor plaza that establishes a focal point for the complex.
