The project incorporates the historic façade of the Queens County Courthouse as its "front door" on Parsons Boulevard. Beyond, a new 12-story building, designed to LEED standards, forms a modern backdrop to this well-loved landmark. The project's program includes 346 residential units (53 low-income, 110 mid-income, 114 market-rate, and 69 co-op units), a community center, and green roofs that provide space for residents to socialize and garden.
