FXCollaborative designed a mixed-use residential building reflective of India's emerging economy. The 60-story tower's form rotates in response to its varied program—which includes retail, duplex and long-term lease apartments, and the Park Hyatt hotel and its serviced apartments—and each twist reflects a shift in use. The rotations also allow for the integration of a network of green roofs and hanging gardens, which weave natural with man-made environments. The tower will be the tallest and greenest building in India.
