The competition design of this iconic development respects the UAE's rich heritage with a forward-looking contemporary architectural vision. The skyscraper comprises three towers, one 100-story, one 60-story, and one 40-story that join together to create a unique mixed-use experience. At the base, lower-scale buildings create a network of residential and retail experiences, all enhanced with a sustainable network of landscape and water features.
