The tower is a fusion of classical New York Art Deco elements and modern sustainability with a focus on family-sized living.
We designed an 18-story luxury condominium tower on Manhattan's Upper East Side that responds to the area's high demand for family-sized apartments, offering 32 units with two- and three-bedroom layouts and no more than two units per floor. Classical New York Art Deco language inspired the tower's design, specifically its scale and proportion. Malachite Green phenolic panels comprise the rain screen facade system, and the staggered two-story, coupled window arrangements emphasize the verticality of the building. The tower was designed to achieve LEED Silver certification.
