Greater Noida Group Housing is a 400,000-square-meter residential development in the planned city of Greater Noida, situated 30 miles from Delhi. In addition to residential housing, the development includes schools and medical facilities. A majority of the buildings will be oriented to the south to take advantage of the sun during the winter months and cool winds during the summer monsoons.
