Bethel Gospel Assembly is able to continue its vision and mission in a new 2,000-seat sanctuary, while residents in the residential units above enjoy beautiful park views and state-of-the-art amenities.
At the intersection of Fifth Avenue and Marcus Garvey Park at 120th Street, we designed an innovative 365,000-square-foot, mixed-use building. A new 2,000-seat sanctuary for the Bethel Gospel Assembly occupies the site at grade, above which a 24-story residential complex rises. The 149 condominium units and 50 rental units have access to amenity spaces including a pool, health club, community room, and courtyard. The top floor includes six triplex units with large terraces and balconies. A high proportion of all units have terraces and balconies, and the bulk of the units have commanding views of either Marcus Garvey Park or Central Park. The project also includes a 200-car underground parking facility.
