Designed well before the advent of LEED Certification, the tower is a pioneer in sustainable design; saving close to 50% energy usage of comparable buildings at the time it was built.
How do you create a North American headquarters for an international news corporation that shares space with a world-wide retail brand? We designed a distinctly contemporary curved glass tower that provides state-of-the-art newsrooms, a television production studio, and a trading floor while blending with the revitalized 42nd Street District.

Tapping into the visual energy of Times Square, a series of 30-foot high video monitors broadcast Reuters programming while a fourteen-story high vertical LED sign conveys daily news. At its base, a seven-story drum transitions the corner and marks the entry to a three-story lobby.
