Sky House is a 55-story tower located near Fifth Avenue at 11 East 29th Street. The building's base accommodates a new 21,000-square-foot Parish House for the adjacent church. Saw-toothed fenestration animates the street while filtering natural light into the hall. Rising above, the tower is delineated as three slender volumes to balance its mass with its lower-scale neighbors. Clad in red-brown iron-spot brick, the tower contains 139 high-end residential units. The varying dimensions of windows—some floor-to-ceiling, some continuous horizontal, and others "punched"—further emphasize the exterior composition while offering residents a variety of view-framing options.
