Oaktree Capital Management

FXCollaborative and ISI-LA collaboratively designed the interior fit-out of Oaktree Capital Management's 25,000-square-foot offices on the 34th floor of 1301 Avenue of the Americas. The client requested contemporary, high-end spaces for client visits as well as a comfortable work environment for employees. Conference rooms feature integrated audio-visual systems to facilitate communication with remote clients and between the national and international Oaktree offices. Full-height glazing etched with a subtle vertical stripe pattern encloses perimeter offices, allowing natural light to penetrate the interior while still providing privacy. Marble floors, light oak wall and ceiling panels, and custom millwork pieces enhance the reception area and large conference rooms. Stone transaction counters with stainless steel and leather trim highlight the corridors.
