BBC Studios Americas in Midtown Manhattan's Hippodrome building required a refresh to reflect its updated branding, increase functionality, and provide space for additional staff. FXCollaborative designed a careful, strategic renovation for the media company's offices that incorporates spatial reconfigurations for a wider variety of work styles, socially focused programmatic additions, and updated furnishings.

The entry experience features a living room, and increases the amount of workspace where staff and storylines gather. Visual transparency is maximized while still allowing for acoustic separation. Revamped client-facing spaces and reconfigured support spaces include conference rooms and a board room supported by an upgraded complement of integrated AV technology, an introspective reading room lounge, a much more open collaborative kitchen, phone rooms and focus rooms, additional workstations, relocated editing suites, and an audio booth. New and updated finishes, furniture, and branded graphics reflect the evolution of company's culture.
