A curved site presented a unique challenge: how to optimize views and maximize space for a variety of uses, while offering a bold, visual statement. The northern end of the site occupies a prominent position within the larger King Abdullah Financial District. We took advantage of the site's location and views to create a striking, curved building, clad in undulating vertical panels. The overall design includes office, residential, and retail. A skywalk connects the building to the adjacent Parcel 4.09.
