Parcel 2.09 is a two-block residential development. The North building consists of five stories of residences while the South building contains two stories of residences, both situated atop a two-story retail base. Geared towards families, the residences consist of primarily three- and four- bedroom layouts. The buildings feature flat slab concrete construction clad in a combination of precast concrete, local Riyadh stone, glass and steel.
