In Manhattan's NoMad neighborhood, our 24-story, mixed-use tower is a modern take on the streamlined aesthetics of the 1930s. With open plan interiors and a banded brick-and-window façade, the building's design references the surrounding neighborhood context of former factories and retailers.
The building is comprised of two floors of retail at its base, 55 residential units with sweeping city views that range from one to three-bedroom layouts, and private outdoor space. The fifth floor includes a landscaped amenity terrace, library, lounge, and fitness area. Amenity spaces are detailed with blackened steel accents, wood ceilings, and warehouse-style lighting, completing the design's modern industrial vision. Taking advantage of the unusual, angled lot, the units on the east side have direct views of the Empire State Building.
