The design for Almanac Realty Investors headquarters draws inspiration from the newly established firm that has a distinguished Rothschild lineage, using both contemporary and mid-century modern furnishings. The project incorporates several strategies to maximize workplace efficiency and flexibility. The vice presidents are seated in the open office area with views to the south. Between the two VP work areas, a multi-function furniture unit serves as a collaborative zone for impromptu meetings, a storage unit, and a future printer station. Adjacent to the VP work areas, the general office floor's bench workstations easily accommodate the flexibility requirements of seasonal staffing. The pantry also adds to this flexibility by functioning as a casual meeting place, with an LED monitor for the display of project material or market updates on CNN. The offices are outfitted with two conference rooms, a state-of-the-art media room, and a touchdown office for visiting staff members.
