Torres de Palermo Hollywood

In the cosmopolitan city of Bueno Aires, we had a unique chance to help define a building and a neighborhood: a trio of distinct office spaces that could, together, reflect the vibrant Palermo Hollywood district's creative momentum. Using a consistent modular façade approach, each building is a variation on a theme—angled frames, fitted glass and brightly hued metal trim create a playful yet professional impression, as the color, rhythm, and massing shift across each site to offer both individual and collective identity. Developed simultaneously, the three-to-ten story buildings include Class A boutique office space at typical floors, fashion retail at grade, underground parking, and rooftop amenities.
