FXCollaborative designed a new condominium building located just west of Columbus Circle in the Clinton District. The infill building's Trespa-paneled façade, which spans 125 feet, is sculpted to activate the street wall and bring character to the residential units. Designed to appear more opaque from the east, the faceted façade harmonizes with the adjacent rows of townhouses and small apartment buildings. The façade opens to the west so many of the two- and three-bedroom apartments capture views of a park at the corner of Tenth Avenue and the Hudson River beyond.
