The firm's work ranges from the scale of the individual building—including adaptive re-use and renovation to new construction— to the city as a whole, addressing planning and infrastructure design. At the onset of each project, we complete a comprehensive environmental analysis and facilitates a series of sustainability workshops with the owner and project team to establish goals. As the design evolves, Building Information Modeling (BIM) software assists the team in evaluating how decisions relate to environmental conditions and enables them to optimize building performance. Following construction, the firm conducts post-occupancy analysis surveys and reports, evaluating both performance objectives and occupant comfort.
Throughout each project, our role is to guide and orchestrate the realization of environmental goals within the greater context of aesthetic, programmatic, economic and technical requirements.
