Justyna Mrowiec-Chun

Justyna is our Interior Design Practice Leader and guides a team of designers specializing in dynamic, innovative spaces across a wide range of sectors. Her design approach begins with a deep understanding of how users interact with their environments and how spatial programming influences those interactions. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for functional aesthetics, Justyna is dedicated to transforming environments in ways that enhance user experience and reflect each client's unique brand identity. She embraces the challenge of navigating building constraints, recognizing that limitations often lead to the most creative solutions.

Growing up in Poland with a family in the surveying business, Justyna gained tremendous knowledge of the technical aspects of building design. At 16, she became a fashion model which allowed her to travel the world, observing how different cultures and materials influenced the spaces around her. Falling in love with New York City, she decided to stay and study at the Fashion Institute of Technology where the Interior Design program truly married her technical interests with her love of drawing.

Since joining the firm in 2012, Justyna focuses on building relationships throughout all phases of the design process, and brings talent, great collaboration skills, material, and furniture knowledge to the team.
