We are proud to share that four of our projects have recently been recognized with design awards.
New York University Rubin Hall was recognized as the Overall Decarbonization Winner in the
2025 METROPOLIS Planet Positive Awards , a 2025
Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) Repositioning Award of Excellence Winner, and earned a
Chicago Athenaeum American Architecture Awards Honorable Mention. The renovation of this landmarked building is one of the largest EnerPHit certified residential buildings in the world and is a formative step to address NYU's Climate Action Plan.

495 Eleventh Avenue is the CTBUH
2025 Overall Category Winner for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion. The project is a replicable model for leveraging site value and mixed-use development to maximize social housing and civic infrastructure.

The
Queens Chamber of Commerce honored
NuSun Tower in their 2025 Building Awards for the New Construction: Residential Mixed- Use category. Located in the heart of downtown Flushing's vibrant commercial and retail district, this highly complex mixed-use development consists of 113 condominium units in a residential tower cantilevering over a nine-story medical office building, ground floor retail, and a multi-story parking facility located in the base of the building.
