FXCollaborative Promotes Eleven Associates

FXCollaborative has promoted Stefan Cavezzali, John Lura, Chelsea Crisafulli, Johanna Grazel, Eric Laine, Hobum Moon, Peter Ogman, Howard Russell, Jena Rimkus, Martin Scott, and Patty Wong to Associate.

Stefan Cavezzali, RA, LEED AP BD+C, has been with FXCollaborative for 6 years. As an architect, Stefan works through all phases of design and construction for our residential projects. He views himself as someone who constantly seeks to understand why design decisions are made and how they emphasize the overall project concept.

John Lura, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, joined FXCollaborative in 2018. John Lura is an architect with commercial and public space project experience in New York. He believes that the future of architecture exists in the lost territory of the city, working within physical and social contexts, and appreciating the unique character of each environment.

Chelsea Crisafulli, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, joined FXCollaborative in 2020. Chelsea has technical experience working in fabrication, historic preservation, and adaptive reuse, and is passionate about sustainability. She is particularly interested in the challenging intersection between historic preservation and sustainable design.

Johanna Grazel, AIA, LEED GA, has been with FXCollaborative for 7 years. Johanna is an architectural designer specializing in high-rise residential and commercial projects. She strives to integrate strong design ideas with an in-depth understanding of the site, overlaid with code and zoning analysis, and client and user goals.

Eric Laine, AIA, LEED GA, joined FXCollaborative in 2018. Eric is an architect with experience ranging from higher education and healthcare to large-scale residential and mixed-use master planning. He works with project teams through all phases of a job, from early conceptual sketches to construction documentation, and ultimately through the final realization of its design.

Hobum Moon, AICP, LEED AP BD+C, ND, SITES AP, joined FXCollaborative in 2018. Moon is a planner and urban designer with a background in architecture and landscape architecture. Focusing on site planning and massing studies for a variety of urban projects, his work goes beyond the scale of the building to consider larger systems such as streetscapes, transportation, infrastructure, the neighborhood context, and social initiatives.

Peter Ogman, AIA, LEED GA, joined FXCollaborative in 2018. Peter Ogman is a registered architect passionate about public spaces, sculpture, the integration of art and architecture, and great buildings. He has worked on a wide range of project types and sizes focused on developing a project's drawings, details, and design while following through with the construction administration phases.

Howard Russell, AIA, LEED GA, has been with FXCollaborative for 6 years. Howard is an architect that considers the function, feasibility, and greater social impact of each project. His experience on multi-family and mixed-use developments in urban settings has led to an appreciation for complex projects driven by questions of how people live, with aims to achieve client needs, design innovation, and user satisfaction

Jena Rimkus, AIA, LEED GA, joined FXCollaborative in 2018. Jena is a registered architect with experience across all phases of the architectural process from design through construction administration. Focusing on projects that have wide influence—such as multi-family residential, educational institutions, and urban projects that impact diverse populations—Jena appreciates the ability to make a positive difference through architecture.

Martin Scott, RIBA, LEED GA, joined FXCollaborative in 2018. Martin is an architect with over eight years of experience on hospitality, exhibition, educational, commercial, residential, and planning projects, with significant experience throughout all phases of work—from conception to construction completion—and on projects of various scales. He possesses a strong appreciation for nature and diversity, understanding both to be integrally tied to the success of architecture.

Patty Wong, LEED GA, joined FXCollaborative in 2018. A trained architect, Patty is an integral member of project teams. She focuses on construction administration, including tracking submittals and RFIs, and compiling LEED reports. She has worked on typologies ranging from mixed-use residential to higher education to master plans, including notable New York City institutional and international projects.
