1 Willoughby Square (1WSQ) in Downtown Brooklyn is on target to open later this year.
The 34-story tower is Brooklyn's first ground-up office tower in a generation. It will feature Class A office space, and will be home to FXCollaborative's new headquarters across three floors. A video by DBOX showcases the design of 1 Willoughby Square's interior and exterior spaces, including the project's blue brick exterior, adjacent one-acre park, expansive work environments, amenities, and views of Brooklyn, the East River, and the New York City skyline.
