In Manhattan's Financial District, 77 Greenwich is on its way to completion and a Sales & Design Gallery is open, offering the public a taste of what to expect. The 42-story stone and glass tower will feature three gracefully stepped cantilevers and a mix of retail, educational, and residential programming in the neighborhood that is being reestablished as a residential and cultural destination.

77 Greenwich will feature 90 condominiums in a faceted glass tower, over a cast stone base housing a new public elementary school that incorporates the landmarked Robert & Anne Dickey House. With the arrival of the Oculus, Westfield and Brookfield Place to the neighborhood, the Financial District now offers numerous culinary, shopping, and cultural experiences to support a growing residential population. Within walking a short walking distance from 77 Greenwich are multiple subway stations with access to 11 subway lines, the elite architectural corridor of Greenwich Street, the parks and Esplanades of Battery Park City, and the commercial and retail center in the Financial District.
Luxury residences, beginning on the 15th floor, range from one-bedroom to four-bedroom layouts. Filled with natural light, residences feature large expanses of floor-to-ceiling glass offering unparalleled views of New York Harbor, Ellis Island, and the Statue of Liberty.

Extensive amenities in the building's Cloud Club 77, which spans the top two floors, include a fitness center, children's play room, dog park and pet spa, resident lounge, private dining room with catering kitchen, and rooftop observation deck. The building also features multiple outdoor spaces for residents—including an expansive 3,600-square-foot rooftop garden, and a terrace with dog run—by
Future Green Studio.

77 Greenwich topped out on May 21, 2019, and is expected to open fall 2020. The design anticipates LEED Silver certification. The building's sustainable features anticipate achieving energy use savings of 29% compared to ASHRAE 2007 baseline and energy cost savings of 16%.
