Ken Brown, AIA, LEED AP, is an accomplished architect with more than 36 years of experience. Located in our DC office, Ken is well-versed in working with diverse multidisciplinary design teams on complex, mixed-use projects, almost always in a dense urban fabric.
Stephen Kim, AIA, LEED, has over 12 years of experience designing educational facilities and luxury mid- and high-rise, mixed-use residential condominiums and developments in New York and Washington, DC.
Alex Pollock, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, is the Director of Design Technology. She plays a key role in many of the firm's projects–from renovations to large institutions and high-rise towers–by exploring the integration and implementation of new technologies.
Michael Buesing, AIA, LEED AP, has over 20 years of experience on a variety of projects, including university buildings, public schools, mixed-use residential condominiums and developments, and large-scale renovations and expansions.
Brien McDaniel is the Director of Communications. With over 20 years of experience in media relations and corporate communications, he secures press coverage across all international media outlets and leads our social media initiatives.
Scott Melching, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, GRP, leads our efforts in the design and installation of green roofs. He has over 12 years of experience in urban development, designing and managing projects in the institutional sector, including extensive experience with renovation work and new construction for many educational clients in the New York area and the Middle East.
Bill Doherty, LEED GA, is the Director of Finance, and oversees all of our finance and accounting functions. He has over 10 years of experience in financial management for architecture and design firms.
Sarah Gerber, AIA, LEED GA (not pictured) brings over 17 years of experience in both interior and exterior architecture, through all phases of design. She has a special interest in innovation, focusing on how developing technologies affect the way people live and work.
