FXFOWLE Architects is pleased to announce the promotions of fifteen staff, who collectively, have worked on many of the firm's award-winning projects, such as high-rise residential and commercial towers; planning, urban design, transportation and master plans; and educational and cultural institutions as well as various marketing and business development initiatives.
Promoted to Principal
Throughout his twenty-plus year career,
Stephan Dallendorfer, RIBA, LEED has served as Senior Designer, Project Manager and Project Director for a range of diverse projects, including airports, bridges, infrastructure, residential, institutional, cultural, schools, as well as ports/piers and waste-water facilities. He is currently the Project Director and lead designer for The Greenwich Lane, a 750,000 square foot residential development in New York City's West Village neighborhood; a new 30-story residential tower in Alexandria, VA; and the HealthCare Chaplaincy's new National Center for Palliative Care Innovation facility in Manhattan, a 180,000-square-foot mixed-use project combining residential, medical, and educational components, being designed to achieve LEED Platinum.

Alfreda Radzicki, AIA, LEED has managed a wide variety of projects ranging from comprehensive architectural services and development proposals to master planning, campus planning, environmental impact statements and detailed facilities programming for educational, justice, and health institutions.
Promoted to Senior Associate
With a comprehensive background in all phases of architecture and design,
Fatin Anlar, AIA, LEED manages projects from inception to completion, and has been involved in the design of a wide range of corporate, civic, and institutional projects that have redefined and enhanced urban environments. Fatin is currently Project Architect for the Renaissance Tower, a 900,000 square foot commercial office tower in Istanbul, Turkey.
Director of Marketing
Katherine James, LEED GA oversees all aspects of the firm's marketing efforts which have contributed to the expansion into new markets and geographic areas.
Mark Nusbaum, AIA, LEED has worked on a number of significant projects in the metropolitan area including Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts and Grand Central Terminal. Mark is currently the Project Manager for Hunter's Point Campus, a new 145,000 square foot intermediate school, high school, and District 75 special education school in Long Island City, Queens.

Irina Rice, Assoc. AIA, LEED oversees all legal matters of the firm. Specializing in architectural practice, her work spans all stages of projects and aspects of firm operations and management.
Jack Robbins, AIA, LEED is an architect and urban designer. He is the Senior Designer/Planner for Atlanta's new Multi-Modal Transportation System for the Georgia Department of Transportation. His past experience includes projects ranging from urban district redevelopment plans to high-rise office buildings to long-range campus visioning and multi-family housing.
Senior Designer
Gustavo Rodriguez, CODIA, LEED has over twelve years of design experience, and has been a project team leader on some of the firm's most ambitious green projects, including the revitalization of the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center. Gustavo is currently working on a new 41-story residential tower located on the waterfront in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
Michael Syracuse, AIA, LEED has thirteen years of design experience, and is the Project Manager for a new 68,000 square School of Nursing facility for Columbia University's Medical Center in New York City. Previously, he was the Project Manager for the renovation and expansion of The Julliard School.
Promoted to Associate
Amanda Abel, LEED GA, Graphics Manager, has a diverse and multi-disciplinary knowledge of print, digital, and environmental graphic design. She directs all of the firm's and clients' graphics from beginning to completion.
Max Carr, AIA, LEED has worked on projects of many typologies, including residential, educational and institutional projects including Navy Green, Northside Piers, and Rochester Institute of Technology's Golisano Institute of Sustainability.
Sarah Gerber, AIA brings over fourteen years of experience in both interior and exterior architecture, through all phases of design. She has worked on a number of renovations including new offices and a workshop theater for the Drama League and a new headquarters office for Almanac Realty in New York City. She has a special interest in innovation, focused on how developing technologies affect the way people live and work.
Stephen Kim, AIA, LEED has over twelve years experience designing residential and educational projects. He is currently the Project Manager of 35XV, a unique hybrid residential building. Previously, Stephen has worked on a number of other residential buildings, including the Indigo, the Isis, and the Onyx in Manhattan, NY.
Seiji Watanabe, AIA, LEED is an architect who specializes in commercial and residential projects. He is currently working on the Renaissance Tower, a 900,000 square foot commercial office tower in Istanbul, Turkey.

Erica Godun, AIA, LEED AP BD+C has been a key member in many of the firm's interiors projects. Currently, Erica is the Project Architect for the renovation of the Brooklyn Friends School in Brooklyn, NY.
