We joined over 200,000 women and men on January 20th, for the 2018 Women's March on New York City. Partnering with the
Beverly Willis Architecture Foundation and
AIA New York Women in Architecture, we lent our voices to the movement and represented women (and men) in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry. We were joined by our friends and colleagues from other AEC firms–
Dattner Architects,
Zetlin & De Chiara LLP,
BuroHappold Engineering, and
Skidmore Owings & Merrill, LLP.
We were honored to join New York City, and the world, to raise our voices–and our pink hardhats–in support of equality for all. Our participation in the 2018 Women's March on New York City was sponsored by Women of FXCollaborative.
Women of FXCollaborative (FXWomen) supports professional growth and leadership development for women. FXWomen seeks to promote the voices and perspectives of women within the firm by encouraging an inclusive environment, organizing skill development workshops/training and professional growth–oriented events, and sustaining a healthy work/life balance.
