More than 40,000 marchers from over 350 organizations and companies (breaking all NYC Pride records) trekked down Fifth Avenue on Sunday, June 25 for the
NYC Pride March 2017. Thousands and thousands of spectators lined the streets to support the LGBTQ community, diversity, women's rights, gun control and many other important and passionate issues. And in the middle of it all was FXFOWLE–making history as the first architecture firm to ever walk in the NYC Pride March (this is to the best of our knowledge).

Joining us in the march were colleagues from
Arup, OMA, Dattner, Holly Hunt, HLB Lighting, Cerami, Turner Construction, and
BuroHappold, along with our own significant others/partners, spouses, friends, kids, and loved ones.
FXFOWLE's participation in the NYC Pride March was sponsored by FXF-one, our LGBTQ and Allies Group. FXF-one was created as a forum to recognize and raise awareness of LGBTQ issues within the architecture and design industry. The group also provides outreach opportunities for the firm to volunteer with LGBTQ organizations in the city.
